The Iowa State Daily Media Group is training the next generation of world-class employees in journalism, design, business, public relations, marketing and advertising. We offer these Iowa State University students unparalleled experiential learning opportunities and help them develop as creative, independent-minded thinkers. The focused recruitment and retention efforts have led to a significant increase in staff size. With 276 student employees in both the Iowa State Daily and Model Farm, the two entities are serving more students than ever before, and resources are scarce. Never before has there been a greater need for student scholarship funding, technology upgrades and industry mentorship.
